I like the product GREATLY for:
sound quality
loading mp3 and wave songs
feeling the water secure-ness of the product
I dont like:
the small buttons... trying to figure out how to get it to "shuffle"
the fact you have to press M to get to songs
the difficulty in getting "bought" cd's to load on to the player
it seems to sometimes play a second of the song, then go blank |

The player performs as expected. �It is light weight and comfortable to wear. �The audio is excellent. �The display and controls function well.
The only weak spot is the manual, it is poorly written and incomplete.
Many features require experimentation to use. |

Product works as intended. My player shipped with a bad usb cable but the company that makes the Dolphin touch replaced it very quickly. The player is plenty loud, just make sure the special earphones are deep enough in your ear to provide a good seal.
Pros:
Listening to tunes while lap swimming is a major game changer. Especially if you swim a lot.
I don't even notice I'm wearing the player while swimming.
Cons:
Earbuds are a little uncomfortable due to having to seal off the ear from the water.
Even after contacting support I can't get playlists to work.
I wouldn't use the player for anything else but swimming but for swimming it is awesome. |

I am not very tech savvy so getting music loaded onto it required the assistance of a friend. �One of the headphones does not work very well. �Those are the only negatives. �I went from swimming around 2000yds, and now i have gone up and over 5000yds. �It provides the sensory overload to put me in a transcendental state where i can swim for well over 90 minutes hard. �The women at the yoga studio noticed physical differences in me after only about 5 swim workouts. |
