1.NU ESW870 3-year Limited Warranty Terms:

 

NU ESW870 warranty period begins from the date of purchase. It is required to provide receipts or documents for proof of purchase for any service. First year provides full manufacture warranty on the main unit (Accessories are excluded). Defects occurring in manufactory’s sole judgment as result of improper installation, abuse or misuse, normal wear and tear, or maintenance and care not in accordance with the instruction included with the product are not covered under the warranty. As for second (2nd) and third (3rd) year warranty offer depends on distributors in different regions to have proper inspection and transportation charges but NU’s maintenance is free of charge. Accessories are excluded; A fee may apply with any accessories replacements. During the warranty period, if the product under normal use in a recommended environment due to improper workmanship or defective materials, NU is responsible to repair or replace with a comparable unit.When warranty is expired, NU will repair the defective product or replacement parts. A service fee and cost of part(s) will apply. 

 

2.Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty terms does not apply to the following conditions and restrictions

  • This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, earthquake, fire, flood, or other external causes.
  • This warranty does not apply to if serial number and warranty proof are broken; forged and unrecognized.
  • This warranty does not apply to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of NU Inc.
  • This warranty does not apply to if not following the instructions from the user manual or QIG to work in the recommended environment.
  • This warranty does not apply to USB Y cable, User Manual (QIG), Retail Box or any other accessories.

 

3.Obtaining Warranty Service
    1. NU will not provide credit to users for product surface scratch, bridge board deformed or obvious physical damage of the product, but will provide replacement or repair. A fee will apply if necessary.
    2. NU may repair or replace the product with equivalent functionally parts/units.
    3. If the product is end of life, NU will provide an equivalent replacement or with user’s approval to upgrade to an equivalent unit. An upgrade fee may apply.
    4. Product return must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit. NU is not responsible to take care any damage caused while transportation.
    5. The customer should retrieve the fixed unit within 30 days after receiving the notice from the service center. NU will not take the responsibility of the unit after 30 days.
